Booking 

Bookings are to be made 1-2 weeks in advance.

Any less will be subjected to our availability.

Payment 

All bookings require a deposit of 50% of quoted amount to reserve your booking date and required equipments. Deposit payments are to be made once the invoice is sent and dates are confirmed. Remaining payment is to be made after the service has been completed.

Studio Shoot

Bookings that require a studio, will be an additional charge to the client. Recommended studio will be located at MountStudio (Singapore 577197).

Cancellation Policy 

Rescheduling is permitted only once and this should be made known to us at least 1 week before original shoot date, and new preferred date (subjected to availability).

Once deposit payment is made, there will be no refunds. 

​

Additional charges will be applied for any booking detail modifications.

No refunds will be given for any detail modifications resulting in the total charges being less than the original quoted and accepted amount.

Any deposits or payments made to our organization following up from the quotation or contract provided is considered an acknowledgement to our Terms & Conditions.
